 Jasper Chappelle started in the construction field in August 2000 with a proud history in the construction industry, as his father has spent over 40 years in the construction grading industry and his paternal grandfather was also a builder and stone mason. Mr. Chappelle is carrying on this rich family history of land acquisition, land development, and single and multifamily unit development.  

As a result, he has participated in the turnkey completion of over 4,000 multi-family units in South Carolina and Florida.

His eye for detail and meticulousness in management style gives him the ability to maximize profit margins, with a track record of proven results in increased efficiency and productivity.

In 2005, he completed real estate school and obtained his realtor's license to become more acclimated with real estate law and management. Since then, he has managed over 40 rental units and 5 fix and flips.
